🌈 QUEER TEEN ALAMEDA CENTER 🌈
Alameda Pride’s Teen Center
QTAC is a weekly teen-focused program empowering the next generation of LGBTQ+ folks in a space to connect, create, and just be themselves while providing vital resources for queer youth. The center has provided a safe, confidential space for teens since October 11, 2024.
QTAC is where LGBTQ+ youth can build friendships, community, and find support and belonging while expressing themselves freely.
We offer guided activities (games, arts and crafts, movie night, karaoke, lip sync battles, and more) and open social time. All structured programming is optional. Snacks and beverages are also provided.
Special events like Queer Prom in May and Monster Mash-up in October are also part of the QTAC program.
Upcoming Programming
October 2 – Queer Karaoke
October 9 – DIY Crafts
October 16 – Game Night
October 23 – Pumpkin Carving
October 30 – Halloween Bash in the Teen Center
